Kelly
Kelly thrives behind the scenes as a problem solver and integrator who drives the bigger vision forward. Growing up in a self-employed construction family, her passion for designing and building led her from creating custom homes in Simcoe County to certifying modular manufacturing in China to meet Canadian building codes and standards.
She spent two years working in the oil and gas industry and modular hospitality across some of the world’s harshest and most remote environments. Modular construction is her passion, and she brings extensive experience in wood frame, steel frame, and SIP panel projects — from manufacturing to on-site stitching and full permit and approval processes.
Kelly has worked closely with engineers, land-use planners, builders, and developers, giving her deep knowledge of by-laws, zoning, land development, and construction. A dedicated community supporter, she has served on several volunteer boards, including over 15 years with Orillia Ladies Soccer, current President of the Oro-Medonte Minor Soccer League, a member of the Mom Collective, and an active volunteer with Mariposa House Hospice’s fundraising committee.
